Meet Jody Johnson...
A native Miamian, Jody is committed to helping local businesses thrive. She understands that true success for any business owner is when they can work ON their business instead of IN their business. She determinedly works with each of her clients to help them reach their individual goals beyond the demands of their business.

Meet Doug Barra...
Following a path familiar to many Americans, Doug began his career in corporate America and eventually ventured out in pursuit of his dreams of opening a business. However, as Doug soon found out, success is not guaranteed. Doug knew that his failure was for a reason—it was a lesson he had to learn. This humbling experience led him to ActionCOACH, where he now works to help small business owners navigate the path to success putting the FUN back into their business and their life.

Meet Anapaula Lagarriga...
Anapaula Lagarriga knows what ActionCOACH can do for any business because she has seen it first- hand. Now, as anActionCOACH herself, she is looking to grow business throughout South Florida through strategies she knows work.
After a career as a family therapist, Lagarriga helped her husband with his restaurant business and later her parents by running their office. All the while she knew she wanted to do more for her community and her family. She knew she wanted to become a coach.
